The business management is focused in three departments.

a) Selling (housing of first and second hand, premises):

* Valuation of the building according to its state, area and features.
* Promotion and advertising (press, internet, customer portfolio).
* Advising throughout the process for both the buyer and the seller, earnest money documents, purchase agreement, notarized deed, Land Registry, etc.
* Tax issues, calculation of the capital gain for the seller and cost estimation that should satisfy the purchaser.

b) Leasing:

* Valuation of the premise according to its typology, whether housing, business premises or offices.
* Promotion and advertising (press, internet, customer portfolio).
* Credit-standing research of the potential interested party.
* Information and advising to the landlord of the different types of leasing, agreement clauses, the obtaining of the fitness of habitation and management in Official Bodies.

c) Transfer or assignment (companies and businesses):

* Valuation of the premises according to several parameters: location, area, installations, profitability, etc.
* Comprehensive advising for both seller and buyer.
* Promotion and advertising (press, internet, customer portfolio).
* Management with the landlord or the Administrator, reduction of earnest money agreement, purchase agreement, purchase option.

The formalities for the legalization and start of the company or business in the relevant bodies.
